At Kid Electric Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before ordering.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To start a return, email info@kidelectricbikes.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible if the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Contact info@kidelectricbikes.com for assistance with exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may require photos or videos of the damage to process the claim.
